I am an independent developer, and I make small, focused apps for macOS. They are the tools I wanted on my own Mac: quiet utilities that live in the menu bar, respect your attention, and keep your data on your device.
Most of these apps began as something I wished already existed. Soluna grew out of wanting the Gregorian and Hijri calendars side by side. Synapse came from wanting a thinking tool that helps without taking over. Each one tries to do a single thing well rather than many things loosely.
How I build
Three things guide every app here.
- Local first. Your data stays on your Mac, with no accounts and no servers of mine.
- No surveillance. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.
- Native and small. Each app is built for macOS and aims to stay out of your way.
